1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery time depends on your location:
Inside Dhaka: 1 to 3 working days
Outside Dhaka: 3 to 5 working days

Please note that delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unexpected circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Any additional delivery fees charged by courier services are the customer’s responsibility if applicable.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for most areas in Bangladesh.
Please make sure the receiver is available with the exact payment amount at the time of delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number (if available) so you can monitor your shipment through the courier’s website or SMS updates.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
SHUTORANG is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or unreachable phone numbers.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours with photos or video proof so we can assist you quickly.

8. International Shipping

At this moment, SHUTORANG does not offer international shipping.

We currently deliver only within Bangladesh.
