1. Eligibility for Return

To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:
Used or damaged products
Beauty, personal care, and hygiene items
Discounted or sale products
Accessories that have been unsealed

3. Return Request Timeline

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Requests after 24 hours may not be accepted.

4. Proof Required

For any return or refund request, clear photos or videos of:
The product
The packaging
The issue (damage, wrong item, etc.)

This helps us process your request quickly.

5. Refund Process

Once we verify the issue, the refund will be issued through:
Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket)
Bank Transfer

Refunds may take 3 to 7 working days depending on the payment method.

6. Exchange Policy

If the requested product is available in stock, we will arrange an exchange.
If not available, a refund will be issued.

7. Return Shipping Cost

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, SHUTORANG will cover the return courier cost.

If the customer changes their mind, the return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
